Order delivery

Delivery can be carried out in several ways:

• Delivery by Nova Poshta to the branch - Cash on delivery is available only for one unit of goods (prepayment - 200 hryvnias).;
• Delivery by Nova Poshta courier to the address you specified with a prepayment of UAH 200 (address delivery to the door);
• Pickup from the Showroom in Kyiv;

The delivery period depends on the availability of the product and is, approximately, 3-7 working days from the moment of receiving the prepayment.

Returns and exchanges

Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the order by the Buyer.

❗️Important. When returning an order, consider the delivery times. Returns are possible only if the Product is delivered to Noma Studio within 14 days. Returns are not possible if the Product is only shipped on the 14th day and not received.

• Returned goods must have a marketable appearance (presence of tags, packaging, seals, no signs of wear, etc.)
• Transportation costs are paid by the Buyer, with the exception of defects or re-sorting.

Funds for the goods will be returned to your card within 3 working days from the moment of receipt and verification. Account details for refund are agreed with the manager.
